Manually syncing instance data with XactAnalysis

At times, Support may recommend that you fully sync instance data to resolve an issue. To do so, open Xactimate and navigate to Tools > XactAnalysis Connection (Note, you cannot access this from a project.). Select Initiate full protocol connection with XactAnalysis.
