Format line items in Xactimate

If you want to emphasize certain line items in an estimate, you can bold or underline them.
- Open a project.
- Select Estimate from the menu on the left.
- Select Estimate Items.
- Select the line item(s) that you want to format.
- Right click the line item.
- Select Line Edit Options, then select Bold or Underline.
Alternatively, select the line item that you want to format, then press Ctrl + B on your keyboard to bold it or Ctrl + U to underline it.
The screenshot below shows how the formatted line items appear in the final report.
