Creating valuations in Xactimate mobile

Valuations allow you to create a general estimate for replacement costs for an entire building or unit. You can view more information on 360Value here:

To create valuations (for 360Value) from within Xactimate mobile, open the local project list and select the + at the top right. The New Project screen appears, which you can fill out like you would with an estimate or assignment; however, before you finish on this screen, change the Project Type to Valuation.
Once the New Project screen has all the appropriate information, select Create online. This opens the valuation in 360Value. You can create the valuation there, but you cannot go back to it later from Xactimate mobile.
If you need to keep the information you created in 360Value, you can print, email, download, or export the report. To print, email, or download, open the valuation report and select the icon for the action you want to perform:

- Download:
To export the report (export opens the default export options for the device) complete the following:
- Expand the side menu by selecting the double arrow.
- Select Valuation Reports.
- Select the export button.
