Reattaching lost photos

Estimate photos are automatically archived after specific actions throughout the project, such as when the project is completed or is uploaded to the cloud. This can assist you if your photos are ever lost; you can complete the following to reattach your photos to the estimate: 

  1. From the main Xactimate dashboard, select Archive
  2. Select the appropriate project from the list. 
Note: If the project does not appear, ensure that Settings > Archive duration (up to 14 days) is not set to 0 days, and then upload the project to the cloud and try again. 
  1. Review the archived images for the project, if necessary. 
  2. Select Reattach photos to project
