Request XactAnalysis SP licenses in Xactimate Admin

Activate the Request XASP option
Before instance admins can request XactAnalysis SP licenses for their users, the Request XASP option must be turned on. Follow these instructions.
- Open Xactimate Admin and ensure you are on the Instances page.
- If you only have one instance, the Users tab opens. If you have more than one instance, select your instance from the table to open the Users tab.
- Select the Configuration tab.
- Locate the XA Service Provider card.
- Select the Enable XA Service Provider Adjuster box. This activates the Request XASP license option in Instances > Users.
Note: If you uncheck this box, the Request XASP license option still appears in the Users tab but is read-only. Users previously granted an XASP license need to be removed by Customer Support. For more information, review the A note on deleting users section of this document.
Request an XactAnalysis SP license
Instance admins can request XactAnalysis SP licenses for their users by following the steps below.
- Open Xactimate Admin and ensure you are on the Instances page.
- If you only have one instance, the Users tab opens. If you have more than one instance, select your instance from the table to open the Users tab.
- To request an XactAnalysis SP license for an existing user, select that user’s row in the table. This opens a side drawer with that user’s information.
OR
To request a license for a new user, select the Add user button above the Users table. This opens a side drawer where you can enter the new user’s information. - Select the Request XASP license checkbox.
- Select Save. Your XactAnalysis SP license request should be approved and activated almost immediately, and you will receive an email letting you know the license is approved.
Note: The user’s instance and XactNet address must be registered for this option to be available. You can learn how to register instances and XactNet addresses in our Register instance in Xactimate Admin article.
A note on deleting users
When you delete users with an XactAnalysis SP license, remove them from both Xactimate and XactAnalysis. Contact Support to delete the user(s) from XactAnalysis. Learn more about removing users from XactAnalysis by reading our Edit or Delete Users article.

If the user is a profile owner, they must also be deleted in Profiles > Profile Owners.
- Navigate to Profiles > Profile Owners.
- Hover on the user's row in the Profile Owners table until the delete icon appears.
- Select the delete icon.
- A dialog appears requesting confirmation. Select Yes.
