View and pay invoices in the Customer Portal

Users listed as the billing contact in the account receive email notices when invoices are posted. You can easily view and pay invoices in the Customer Portal

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal and select the Invoices tab. 
Note: Select the Download icon to download a PDF file of your invoice. You cannot make payments from PDF files. 
  1. Select Go to payment.
  2. Select the invoice(s) you want to pay. 
Note: You can select more than one invoice at a time. 
  1. Select an existing payment method or add a new payment method. 
  2. Select Confirm payment
Note: You should receive an email informing you when a payment is processed or declined.
