View and pay invoices in the Customer Portal
The Customer Portal allows users to view and change their Xactimate subscriptions, review and pay invoices, change their billing address or payment method, add users, and more.
View subscription invoices
A user listed as the billing contact in an Xactimate account receives email notices when invoices are posted. You can view PDF versions of invoices in the Customer Portal by completing the following:
- Sign in to the Customer Portal.
- Select the Invoices tab.
- In the row of the invoice you want to view, select the Download icon.
- When prompted to choose the download location, navigate where you want it saved.
- (Optional) Modify the name as needed.
- Select Save.

Pay subscription invoices
You can pay your Xactimate invoices in the Customer Portal by completing the following:
- Sign in to the Customer Portal.
- Select the Invoices tab.
- Select Go to payment.

- Select the invoice(s) you want to pay.
- Select the radio button for an existing payment method or select Add Payment Method to add a new payment method.
- Select Confirm payment.
