Adding licenses to Xactimate

Admins can now adjust the number of licenses associated with their Xactimate subscriptions through the Customer Portal.
- Select the menu icon
next to the desired subscription. - Select Change quantity.
- Use the plus and minus symbols to change the number of licenses under the New Quantity section.
- Update billing information as needed.
- Select Confirm.
Note: If you cannot add licenses, your subscription may need to be renewed. See our article on renewing subscriptions in the Customer Portal.
