Logging into Xactimate desktop

To log into Xactimate, whether for the first time or a subsequent login, open the app and go through the following steps:
There are some variations to these instructions depending on the carrier, so if these instructions do not apply to your version, consult your own company's process or contact Support via chat through the eService Center (or, for a nominal fee, call 1-800-710-9228).
- Enter your email where prompted and select NEXT (if you do not have an Xactware ID, refer to Create an Xactware ID for Xactimate desktop).
- If prompted to do so, complete your login via the browser window Xactimate opens; otherwise, complete your login within Xactimate.
- Select your instance if prompted (if no instances appear or the correct one is missing, contact customer support to have it added to your account).
- Select NEXT to open Xactimate.
- Select your profile if prompted (if the correct one is missing, contact customer support to have it added to your account).
