Adding profiles to Xactimate online

If you need to add new profiles to your instance, contact your account manager. If you do not have an account manager, contact Support.   

You can access profiles that are already in your instance by selecting the filter icon and opening the dropdown menu under Profiles. Because Xactimate online automatically syncs and transfers information, you do not need to add these profiles manually.
