Profile feature: Credit item

This profile feature allows users to mark items as credit items. Credit items are credited to the policyholder or customer and are subtracted from the grand total of the project or estimate.
If this profile feature is active, the Credit Item option is available; however, Line Item is selected by default. To change it, select the radio button next to Credit Item.
Note: If this profile feature is inactive, you cannot interact with the Credit Item radio button.
If Credit Item is selected, the number in the unit price field is negative.
Note: If you reassign a line item as a credit item, you must select OK before the changes apply.
Credit items appear in red in the item list.
This profile feature is on by default. If you'd like to turn off this feature, follow the instructions in this article.
