What is an Error 504?

Error 504 appears if the page you are trying to reach does not connect with the server in a timely manner. When the connection times out, it prevents the page from loading appropriately.
504 errors are often resolved after a short period of time. If you come across an Error 504, you may need to refresh your page or try to reach that page again later.
You can also contact customer support via chat in the eService Center. Our Support team can give you more information about 504 or other errors and may be able to correct those errors depending on the circumstances.
