Request a price list in Xactimate mobile

Request a price list in iOS

  1. After either selecting an estimate from your Local list or creating a new project, you are automatically directed to the Required page.
  2. Scroll down the Required page and click on Price List.
  3. You will automatically be taken to the Select Price List screen. Any price lists you have already loaded will appear here. If the price list you need is already on the list, simply tap it to use it in the estimate.
  4. To find a new price list, tap the + icon in the upper-right corner. This will open a Request Price List page.
  5. There are two ways to request a list:
    1. Enter the corresponding postal code.
    2. Activate the Request by Name feature and then enter the price list’s name.
  6. Select your price list from the search results. It will download to your Select Price List page, which is where you’ll be redirected.
  7. Tap the price list you need from the Select Price List list. Doing so connects the price list to the claim.
  8. You will be redirected to the Required page.

Request a price list in Android

  1. After either selecting an estimate from your Local list or creating a new project, you are automatically directed to the Required page.
  2. Scroll down the Required page and click on Price List.
  3. The Price List window will pop up. You can select one of your most recently used price lists, which will appear at the top of the window, or tap the Request Price List option at the bottom of the window.
  4. If you select Request Price List, a new window will appear asking for information. You can request a price list in two ways.
    1. Enter the country and postal code. Price lists available in the area will download.
    2. Select Request By Name. Enter the name and tap Request List. Price lists matching your search criteria will automatically download.
  5. After your desired price lists are downloaded, you will be redirected to the Required page.
