Download a project in Xactimate mobile

Download a project in iOS

  1. From the Local list, tap the menu in the upper-left corner.
  2. Select Cloud and tap either My Projects or All Projects. My Projects shows you a list of estimates assigned to you, while All Projects displays all of the estimates in your instance.

You can sort the list by tapping the sorting menu in the bottom left of the screen and selecting one of the options. When you tap the main page again to exit the menu, Xactimate sorts the projects according to your selection.
  1. Tap the cloud icon on the right side of your project's row.
  2. A loading wheel will appear. When it stops spinning, the project's status will say Checked Out and a lock symbol will appear in place of the cloud icon.
  3. Tap the menu button in the upper-left corner.
  4. Select Local.
  5. The project you downloaded will appear in your Local list. Tap the estimate to begin working on your project.

Download a project in Android

  1. From your Local list, tap the menu in the upper-left corner.
  2. Select Cloud. You will be taken to the My Projects page, which will show you a list of your estimates. You can also select All Projects to see a list of every project available in your instance.

You can sort the list by tapping the overflow menu in the top right of the screen, selecting Sort & View, and selecting one of the options. When you tap the back button to exit the menu, Xactimate sorts the projects according to your selection.
  1. Find your project. On the right side of your project's row are three dots. Tap the dots, and then select Take Ownership. The project will begin to download.
  2. When the download is complete, tap the menu button in the upper-left corner.
  3. Select Local.
  4. The project you downloaded now appears in your Local list. Simply tap the estimate to begin working it.
