Email vendor item links
The Email Vendor Item Links feature allows you to email a copy of all the vendor links in your estimate to the insured for purchase or review.
- Click Inventory, Pricing, or Interview.
- Click Email Vendor Item Links
. - Enter To and From email addresses, as well as a message.
- Click Send.
In the Project tab:
- Click Tools.
- Click E-mail Vendor Item Links.
- Enter To and From email addresses, as well as a message.
- Click Send.
XactContents automatically sends an email message containing product images, if available, and website links for each vendor item that you added to the inventory. The images and links are added to the email in the background, so you will not see them while setting up the email.
