Coverage Factor

This profile feature affects an open estimate’s Coverages card in Claim Info, under the Coverages & Loss tab. When this feature is enabled, a Factor column and an Apply Factor column appear in the table on the Coverages card. The Factor and Apply Factor columns are not available if this feature is not enabled.
Coverage Factor also affects Roofing Factors. You can find affected Roofing Factor information in various places in Xactimate, including:
- Roof Schedule Options pop-up window
- Payment Tracker
- Quick Entry
- Quick Entry pad
Coverage Factor information is also available in several Xactimate reports.
Note: This feature is not available in the Contractor profile.
