The Lock system settings from being modified except by carrier profile feature determines who has the right to change pricelists and checkpoint pricelists. If this feature is enabled and the LockSystemSettings flag is off or the user is a profile owner, the pricelists and checkpoint pricelists are locked.
When the system is locked, these settings can only be changed via an XactAnalysis update and either a data transfer, or by a user with override privileges as determined by the carrier.
