Download a template from the Online Sketch Gallery

Download a template:

  1. In the Sketch tab of an open project, select Options.
  2. Select Import and then Download Sketch Templates.
  3. In the browser window that appears, search for and select the template you need.
  4. Select the Download button below the template.

Import a template:

  1. From the main screen of Xactimate, open the Tools tab and under Data Transfer, select Import and the folder icon.
  2. Navigate to the folder that holds the downloaded template and select OK.
  3. Click SELECT DATA to open the folder.
  4. Under Data, select Sketch Template.
  5. Select the template you need and select the IMPORT button.

Save template to Xactimate Sketch:

  1. In the sketch tab of your estimate, select Options.
  2. Select Load Template to open the Template List dialog box.
  3. Select the newly downloaded template from the Personal template list.
  4. Select OK.
  5. Place the template on your sketch wherever you need it.
