View the claim dashboard
The Claim Dashboard displays pie charts that break down the claim ownership, number of lines priced, and total dollar value priced by adjuster. Visit the Distribute Claim topic to learn how to distribute a claim to multiple adjusters.
Follow the steps below to access the Claim Dashboard:
- In the estimate, go to the XactContents tab.
- Click Inventory, Pricing, or Interview.
- Click Claim Dashboard
on the tool bar.
Pie charts
Claim Ownership
The Claim Ownership chart shows the distribution of items based on the adjuster they are currently assigned to. When a pricing task is completed, those items are removed from this chart and added to the two Estimate Priced By charts. Click a user name under a chart to populate the list of items assigned to that adjuster.
Estimate Priced By (based on number of lines)
The first Estimate Priced By chart shows the distribution of the estimate based on the number of line items priced by each adjuster. Click a user name under a chart to populate the list of items priced by that adjuster.
Estimate Priced By (based on total dollar value)
The second Estimate Priced By chart shows the distribution of the estimate based on the total value of the line items priced by each adjuster. Click a user name under a chart to populate the list of items priced by that adjuster.
Reclaim items
Reclaiming items removes them from the currently assigned adjuster and allows you to reassign them.
- Click a user name under the Claim Ownership chart to populate the list of items assigned to that adjuster.
- Select the items to reclaim. Hold Ctrl to select multiple items. Hold Shift and click the last item to select multiple consecutive items.
- Right-click your selection.
- Click Reclaim Item(s).
You can also reclaim items from the Inventory & Interview tabs using the right-click menu.
