Users can modify their Sketch AR preferences by selecting the Preferences icon (
) in the lower left of the screen.
You can turn on or off the following options:
For interiors
Floor Color Capture. This feature saves the color of the floor when you capture it. When the room is imported into Sketch, Xactimate sets the floor color of captured rooms to match.
Wall Color Capture. This feature saves the color of the walls as you tap to capture their lengths. Xactimate averages the wall color for the rooms from the captures and sets the wall color of each captured room to the appropriate color.
Label Images When Captured. This feature activates each time you take a photo in Sketch AR and automatically opens a screen where you can enter the photo details: photo name, who took it, date taken, and additional notes.
Undo Messages. This feature activates each time to select the Undo button and displays a short explanation of what action you have reverted.
For exteriors
