Change report
This detailed report compares the differences between saved versions of the estimate. It focuses on differences in item additions, edits, and deletions.
Contents change report
This report is only available if a previously closed version of the estimate exists so it can be compared to the current version of the estimate.
Differences report
This report displays category detail summaries and a comparison of add-ons.

This worksheet requires information about the building and contents items that make up the loss.

In this worksheet, adjusters record information on the insured, the policyholder, the property, valuations, and damages.

This worksheet is like the adjuster’s preliminary damage assessment, but also includes information on the representative, insurance, property risks, date and time, and flooding.

This worksheet has customers confirm that they sustained a loss. It also asks for an advance on the money a customer receives from insurance.

This report records the appraisal of Estimate real property, Estimate contents/UPP, and other estimates.
Billing report
This report totals the cost of all services, expenses, and taxes.
Building worksheets
The building worksheets include detailed information about the location affected by the loss and the estimated replacement cost, less depreciation, and actual cash value.
Final report
This includes a premises history, interest information, claim summary (including costs), and excluded damages.
Loss report
This includes a statement of loss, coverage information, and recommendations from the adjuster.
Manufactured (mobile) home/travel trailer worksheet
