Editing XactXpert rules in Xactimate Admin

Profile owners and instance admins can customize rules in either profiles or instances, or both, as needed. 

  1. Log in to Xactimate Admin.
  2. Select Profiles from the left menu. 
  3. Select your profile. 
  4. Select the Rules tab. 
  5. In the rules table, select the row of the rule that needs changes. This opens a side drawer that includes various information, including the rule’s name, description, rule type, reference ID, and other important data. Users can make edits to their rule here. 

 

  1. After editing the rule’s information, select Save.  
  2. Select Close to close the side drawer.
