Turn on Insured Name if empty on assignments

If this profile feature is active and the insured’s name isn’t entered in XactAnalysis before the assignment is sent to Xactimate, then the Name field in Claim Info > Insured Info is editable.
If this feature and the Enable insured name on assignments feature are both inactive, the Name field is visible but can't be edited. If the Enable insured name on assignments feature is turned on, the Name field is editable regardless of whether the Name field is populated.
