Include Sketch in completion package for Final Draft report

When this profile feature is enabled, Sketch information is included in the Final Draft report. When the assignment is marked Complete and sent back to XactAnalysis, this report is included.
If this feature is not enabled, Sketch information is not included in the report.
Important:
- This feature only affects assignments.
- The assignment must be marked Complete. Sending an in-progress assignment to XactAnalysis will not send the Final Draft report or Sketch information.
