Create or edit a custom filter in Xactimate desktop
To create a custom filter:
- In the Project dashboard, click the Filter icon next to the search bar.
- Click New filter. The Create new filter dialog box appears.
- Enter your Filter name, Project type, Profile, Status, Date modified, Start date, and End date.
- Click Save. Your custom filter is now available .
To edit a custom filter:
- In the Project dashboard, click the Filter icon next to the search bar and find your custom filter in the list.
- Click the Edit icon beside your custom filter. The Edit filter dialog box appears.
- Edit your filter, then click Save.
To duplicate a custom filter:
- In the Project dashboard, click the Filter icon next to the search bar and find your custom filter in the list.
- Click the Edit icon beside your custom filter. The Edit filter dialog box appears.
- Click the Duplicate icon at the top.
- Enter a new name.
- Edit the filter, then click Save.
To delete a custom filter:
- In the Project dashboard, click the Filter icon next to the search bar and find your custom filter in the list.
- Click the Edit icon beside your custom filter. The Edit filter dialog box appears.
- Click the Delete icon at the top.
