Include Sketch in completion package Estimate reports

After this profile feature is enabled and assignments are marked Complete, assignments are sent back to XactAnalysis with all Estimate reports, including Sketch information (if possible).
If this feature is not enabled, Sketch information is not included in any Estimate reports.
Important:
- This feature only affects assignments.
- The assignments must be marked Complete.
- Be aware: not everything in the Estimate reports group is suited to include Sketch information, so that section may be left blank.
