Renew subscriptions through XactAdmin
Financial account administrators can renew their Xactimate subscription through XactAdmin if the subscription expired or no longer auto-renews.
Note: Financial account administrators are the billing contacts for the account. To become a financial account administrator, contact our Billing department at 1-800-758-9228. See our article on Financial account admins and account admins to learn more.
To renew your Xactimate subscription, follow these instructions.
Only one instance
If you are a financial account administrator and have only one instance, a popup window appears with a link to renew your subscription when you log in to XactAdmin.
Alternatively, if you are not a financial account administrator, you have only one instance, and that instance is expired, a popup window appears when you log in to XactAdmin and explains that your instance is locked and you do not have the correct user rights to renew your subscription.

More than one instance
If you’re a financial account administrator with more than one instance, follow the steps below to renew your account.
- From within XactAdmin, select the Instances tab.
- Find your instance on the Instances table and select Renew. This opens a popup window.

Note: “Renew” only appears in the Instance status column if the subscription is expired and needs to be renewed. If the subscription is not expired, “Active” appears instead.
- Select Renew License to open the Xactware Store.
