Accumulate removal with category

When active, the Accumulate removal with category profile feature shows the General Demolition Category in the Recap by Category section in reports.
When this profile feature is not active, only the Trade Category appears in the Recap by Category section in reports.
This profile feature runs behind the scenes and checks for removal methods every time the project opens.
