Manually syncing instance data with XactAnalysis

At times, Support may recommend that you fully sync instance data to resolve an issue. To do so, follow these steps:
- Open Xactimate.
- From the landing page, select Tools.
- Scroll down to the XactAnalysis Connection section.
- Select Initiate full protocol connection with XactAnalysis.
Note: You cannot access this from a project.
Note: Xactimate does not provide any acknowledgment of the connection, but you will receive a message if it, for any reason, is unsuccessful.
