XactScope water mitigation prompt dependencies

XactScope takes project estimation one step further by predicting what items you need to add based on the sketch you create and your answers to existing prompts. The following information is meant to help you understand which actions precipitate each option. This guide includes all the water mitigation cards, how to enable them, and what they effect.
Service
To Enable
This card appears when nothing is selected in the sketch but you have clicked within the sketch whitespace.
Dependencies
This card establishes the costs for services rendered, and what you enter for the after-hours fields determines some information in almost every card.
Testing
To Enable
This card appears when nothing is selected in the sketch but you have clicked within the sketch whitespace.
Dependencies
This card does not affect any others; it only sets up the testing information.
Storage Needed
To Enable
This card appears when nothing is selected in the sketch but you have clicked within the sketch whitespace.
Dependencies
This card does not affect any others; it records the storage type and capacity needed.
Contents
To Enable
This card appears when you select a room or an affected area.
Dependencies
This card does not affect any others; it merely sets up how you will handle the contents of the room.
Debris Removal
To Enable
This card appears when nothing is selected in the sketch but you have clicked within the sketch whitespace.
Dependencies
This card does not affect any others; it is used to indicate the items needed for general haul-off.
Zone Water Category
To Enable
This card appears when you select a room that is assigned to a zone.
Dependencies
This card allows you to change the category and class of water for the associated zone. Almost every card is influenced by the category and class of water.
Zone PPE
To Enable
This card appears when you select a room that is assigned to a zone.
Dependencies
The options available in this card depend on the water category and class of the associated zone; they also depend on your profile preferences for the card.
Extraction/Pumping
To Enable
This card appears when you select a room or an affected area.
Dependencies
If the selection is an affected area or a room that includes one, this card includes a mandatory prompt, which appears in red.
Flooring
To Enable
This card appears when you select a room or an affected area.

If the selection is an affected area or a room that includes one, this card includes mandatory prompts, which appear in red. Which prompts appear depends on the water category for the associated zone.
Ceiling
To Enable
This card appears when you select an affected ceiling or a room that includes one.

Walls

This card appears when you select a room or an affected area.

Door
To Enable
This card appears when you select a door or a room that has a door.
Dependencies
If you select the room, the prompts affect all attached doors. To only answer prompts for specific doors, you must select those doors only.
Door Casing

This card appears when you select a door or a room that has a door.

If you select the room, the prompts affect all attached doors. To only answer prompts for specific doors, you must select those doors only.
Baseboard
To Enable
This card appears when you select a room or an affected area.

If the selection is an affected area or a room that includes one, this card includes a mandatory prompt, which appears in red. Which prompts appear depends on the water category and class for the associated zone.
Appliance
To Enable
This card appears when you select a room that holds an appliance.
Dependencies
The prompts for this card depend entirely on what appliances are included in the room.
Containment/Covering
To Enable
This card appears when you select a room or an affected area.
Dependencies
All the material in this card is either prepopulated based on the size of the barriers you have marked or is manually entered by you.
Zone Air Moving Equipment
To Enable
This card appears when you select a room that has an associated zone.
Dependencies
The prompt options for this card differ depending on whether there is an air mover within the associated zone (even if it is in a different room).
Zone Air Scrubbers
To Enable
This card appears when you select a room that has an associated zone.
Dependencies
The prompt for this card becomes required if the zone has Category 3; it is otherwise optional. If you mark that air scrubbers are needed, additional prompts become available, and entering the number of exchanges per hour automates a suggested CFM.
Zone Dehumidifier Equipment
To Enable
This card appears when you select a room that has an associated zone.
Dependencies
Once you select a dehumidifying type, other prompts appear. Once you place dehumidifiers within the selection, you can modify the DHM.
Ducting
To Enable
This card appears when you select a room or an affected area.
Dependencies
The prompts can vary depending on the selection and the mitigation equipment included. The answers to prompts in this card do not affect any other cards.
Monitor/Setup/Decontaminate
To Enable
This card appears when you select a room or an affected area.
Dependencies
The prompts for this card vary depending on the equipment in the selection, the associated water category, and your own profile defaults.
