Allow save to photo library

When this feature is active, mobile users can download and save images taken in Xactimate mobile to their device’s photo library. 

  1. In an open estimate, select Photos. 
  2. Select the camera icon at the bottom of the screen.
  3. As the camera turns on, a window appears asking for permission to save pictures to your photo library. Select Allow. 

Once you allow pictures to save to your library, all the photos you take for the claim from that point forward will automatically save to your device. 

Note: This does not affect photos you’ve already taken for this claim. Adding older photos to your device’s library must be done manually. 

If you want to stop saving photos to your photo library, select the icon in the upper-right corner. This does not enable or disable the profile feature; it only affects the photos for your user account in your project. 

Note: This feature is only available for iOS devices.
