Adding and removing line items on iOS devices

To add items to an open project, select the menu icon in the upper left of the screen and then select Estimate. 

This opens the estimate in List View, which allows you to add rooms, levels, and items in list form without a sketch. To add and remove items from the List View, follow the instructions below.  Alternatively, you can add or remove items in Sketch by selecting the Sketch icon and following the Sketch instructions below. 

List View  

Add items 

  1. Select the room that needs items added.  
  2. Select the Add icon at the bottom of the page.  
  1. In the menu that appears, select Items.
  1. Enter the appropriate search term.
  1. Select the item you want to add. 
  2. Make any necessary modifications. 
  3. Select Add.
  1. Select Done to exit the item search and return to the List View. 

Remove item 

  1. Select the drop-down arrow next to the room that has the items you want to remove. 
  2. Swipe left on the row of the item you want to delete. 
  3. Select Delete. 

Sketch 

Add item 

  1. Select the room that needs items added. The room turns light blue to indicate it is selected.  
  2. Select the inventory icon in the upper-right corner of the page.  
  1. Select the search icon at the bottom of the screen. 
  2. Enter the appropriate search term. 
  3. Select the item you want to add. 
  1. Make any necessary modifications. 
  2. Select Add.
  1. Select Done to exit the item search and return to Sketch. 

Remove item 

  1. From within Sketch, select the room from which you want to remove items. The room turns light blue to indicate it is selected.
  2. Ensure the Inventory icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen is selected. 
  1. Swipe left on the row of the item you want to delete. 
  2. Select Delete.
