Profile feature: Cause of loss required

When this profile feature is active, the Cause of Loss field is required. You can find the Cause of Loss field in Claim Info > Coverages & Loss > Loss Info.
The Cause of Loss field has a dropdown menu from which to choose the cause of loss. By default, the Cause of Loss field is marked as Unspecified. However, you can choose another cause of loss from the dropdown menu list:
- Appliance/Fixture Leak
- Evacuation Only
- Fence
- Frozen Pipes
- Leak in wall/ceiling
- Mold, Fungi, Rot
- Other
- Slab Leak
- Sump/Line Backup
You must choose a cause of loss before you can mark the project Complete.
