Profile feature: Enable zip code for assignments

When this profile feature is turned on, editing of the Zip Code field is enabled in Claim Info > Insured Info.
Even if the Enable insured address for assignments feature is inactive and the address is read-only, the Zip Code field is still editable if this profile feature is enabled.
When this profile feature is deactivated, the Zip Code field is visible but can’t be edited.
To enable the insured address and the zip code, the Enable insured address on assignments and Enable Zip Code for assignments features must both be active.
