Change the room type in Xactimate desktop

  1. Open an estimate.
  2. Select the Sketch tab.
  3. Select the room you want to change, and click the Properties icon.
  4. Under General, set Type to the desired room type.
  5. Click anywhere on the Sketch workspace to close the Properties window and save your changes.
