Profile feature: Water loss categories

If this profile feature is on and you mark the Type of Loss as WATER, then additional fields, including Water Category and Water Class, appear. Choose the water category and water class from the appropriate dropdown menus:

Water Class options
- Class 1
- Class 2
- Class 3
- Class 4
- Unknown
You can find the Water Category and Water Class fields by navigating to Claim Info > Coverages & Losses > Loss Info.
