Profile feature: Use Onsite checkbox with Estimated Onsite checkbox

When this profile feature is turned on and the Use Onsite Checkbox feature flag is also active, the Estimated Onsite radio buttons appear in Claim Info > Insured Info > Dates. 

If this feature is not active, the Estimated Onsite option is not available.

How did we do?

means we never load the third-party hCaptcha script once Cap is on, and the server (contact.go) likewise skips the hCaptcha check when Cap is active. }}
