Create a grouping filter in X1

Open an estimate.
On the Estimate items tab, click Items.
In the Grouping pane, click the Filter (off) arrow, and select Filter options. The Filter options dialog box appears.
Select Filter by room name or Filter by room type.
Select your room names or types.
To save the filter, click OK.
