Renewing Xactimate licenses

When it's time to renew your subscription, you can do so in the Customer Portal. From the home page, locate the subscription that needs to be renewed.  

Note: If you are unsure which subscription contains Xactimate projects and data, refer to our Find the Instance ID in Xactimate Admin document to learn how to find your instance ID. Enter your ID in the Customer Portal search field to bring up your subscription.   

If you still cannot find the correct subscription, select the Show cancelled box above the subscriptions. 

  1. Select Renew Now
  1. Select Confirm at the bottom of the page. 
Note: If there is no default paying method, the Confirm button will be disabled. You can add or change a payment method from the Payment method tab
Note: License counts cannot be modified until the subscription is renewed.
