Edit line item properties in X1

With the Item property editor, you can edit properties specific to a line item that are not calculated elsewhere. Common properties that can be edited are the SKU and waste for flooring and roofing items.
To view and edit item properties:
- In the Estimate items tab, select the item you want to edit in the Quick Entry pane item list.
- Double-click the Properties icon (
) in the column farthest to the right to open the Item property editor dialog box. - Enter a value next to the property you want to edit, and select OK.
