Learn more about Xactimate

Verisk has many resources to help users learn more about Xactimate. 

Online help documentation: You can search our library of help documentation for answers to common questions, solutions for potential problems, and step-by-step guidance through various workflows.  Our help documentation covers many products, including Xactimate (desktop, mobile, and online), Xactimate Admin, XactContents, XactAnalysis, and ClaimXperience

Training: You can access Verisk training resources via the Verisk website. Verisk offers a range of training resources for users of all experience levels. 

 Available trainings include in-person training, virtual classrooms, and self-paced training. 

  • In-person training. You can join a live event and learn from Xactimate experts either in person or via live virtual classroom training. 
  • Xactware classroom. You can use the interactive Xactware classroom to learn about Xactimate at your own pace. 

Webinars (English only): You can also watch Verisk webinars are designed for busy professionals with little free time. Webinars are condensed, fast-paced, and focused on practical information. Most webinars are followed by Q&A sessions. 

eService Center (English only): You can contact our support team via the eService Center. Support is available 24/7 via chat. The eService Center also has a database of over 1,700 documents, videos, product tips, and more.

Phone support: You can contact Support via phone for a nominal fee. Phone support is available from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday (except public holidays), at 1-800-931-9228.
