Denial/Partial denial

When this profile feature is active, find denial options by selecting Claim Info and then the Coverages & Loss tab. The options are in the Loss Type section. You can choose from the following denial types:
- Covered Loss
- Non-Denial Letter
- Partial Denial
- Denial
Note: Only one denial type can be selected at a time.
If you choose any denial type aside from Covered Loss, a notes field appears where you can explain why you chose that denial type. The notes are required.
