Profile feature: Use onsite checkbox

When this feature is active, the Onsite Inspection and Printed Onsite options are visible and editable in Claim Info > Insured Info > Dates.
Note: The Yes radio button under Onsite Inspection must be selected for the other onsite options (Estimated Onsite, Printed Onsite, and Onsite Payment) to be editable.
