Add a standard window to elevation view in X1

  1. Open an estimate.
  2. On Sketch tab, at the bottom-right of the Sketch workspace, click the Elevation view icon.
  3. Click a wall to open Elevation view.
  4. Click the drop-down arrow next to Window, then select Standard.
  5. Click any point on the wall to add the window.
  6. To move the window, click and drag the blue box in the center of the window.
  7. To resize the window, click and drag a blue box on either end of the window. 
  8. To return to Plan view, click the Plan View button at the bottom-right of the Sketch workspace.

This allows you to sketch windows above doors or stack multiple windows on a wall.
