Find your XactNet address in Xactimate online

Your XactNet address is a unique identifier for your account within a specific instance. Depending on how your account was set up when created, you may need to register your XactNet address, which is explained here.
Knowing your XactNet address helps with sending and receiving assignments. You also may need to know your XactNet address when working with Support.
Note that your Xactware ID (which you use to log into Xactimate) is separate from your XactNet address.
Finding your XactNet address
To find your XactNet address in Xactimate online, select the profile icon at the top right corner of the Projects page.
Your XactNet address appears between your email address and your instance.
