How do I find out which profile features are enabled in my profile?
You can check what profile features are enabled in your profile via Xactimate Admin.
- In Xactimate Admin, select Profiles.
- Select your profile from the list.
- Select the Configuration tab.
- Use the search feature to find the profile feature you want to review from the table.
The checkmark in the Enabled column indicates that the feature is turned on in your profile. If there is no checkmark there, then the feature is not turned on in your profile.
How do I enable or disable a profile feature?
To enable or disable profile features, contact your Verisk account manager, our Support team, or our Sales department. Sales is available by phone at 1-800-424-9228 from 7:00am – 5:00pm Mountain Time, Monday through Friday.
