ITEL Now is available for assignments that have the ITEL Submit Form feature enabled. Once users have added ITEL line items to an assignment, they open the ITEL Submit Form, if enabled. They can fill in descriptions and details for each item and then print or virtually submit the form. Users physically send the form with samples of the items or virtually submit the form with images of the items. ITEL investigates the items and determines the appropriate cost for each item. Once ITEL has completed their work, they send the data back to the user, and it is added to the items in Xactimate.
