Add flood line items
Line items are added normally with a few exceptions.
Coverage exceptions
- Detached Garages: any item assigned to this coverage defaults to non-recoverable depreciation.
- Contents: any item assigned to this coverage defaults to non-recoverable depreciation.
Line item exceptions
- Items with CLN (Cleaning) and WTR (Water Mitigation) category codes are generally not eligible for general contractor overhead and profit. These line items default to non-O&P; however, you can change this back to O&P in the Quick Entry pane of the Estimate Items tab.
- Items with APP (Appliances), FCC (Carpeting), and AWN (Outdoor Awnings) category codes default to non-recoverable depreciation and are generally not eligible for general contractor overhead and profit. These items default to non-O&P; however, you can change this back to O&P.
- Depreciation is disabled for all loss avoidance items.
- Loss avoidance items default to non-O&P.
