Time & Materials in Profiles in Xactimate Admin

You can add Time & Materials to your profile in Xactimate Admin by activating a profile feature, but you must buy a Time & Materials license before enabling the feature. To purchase a Time & Materials license, reach out to our sales department at 1-800-424=9228 or contact us here. 

Note: Time & Materials is only available in the United States at this time. 
  1. Open Xactimate Admin. 
  2. Select Profiles from the options on the left of the screen.  

 

  1. Search for and select your profile. 
  2. Select the Configuration tab. 

 

  1. Search for the Time and Material Module Shown if Purchased profile feature.  
  2. Double click the feature to open a small window. 

 

  1. Enable the profile feature by turning on the toggle (if it is not already selected). 
  2. Select Save.
