Adding new profiles in iOS & Android
Before you begin adding new profiles to your project, it’s best to make sure that your own profile is added and synced to your online instance’s key code. You can do this online or by contacting your technical support team.
- When you’re logged in, tap on the menu icon in the upper-left corner of the screen.
- Tap on Settings.
- Select Sync Profiles, which is close to the top of the page in iOS. For Android devices, select Profiles, which is close to the bottom of the page.
- The Sync Profiles page has profiles of companies or people who work with your company or on the estimate. Tap on the profile you want to sync. A check mark will appear next to the profile, and the profile will sync automatically. On Android, you must hit the check mark button in the upper-right corner to begin syncing.
