View a price list in desktop

View a price list before opening a project:

  1. On the project dashboard, select the Preferences tab in the navigation menu on the left. 
  2. Select Pricing.
  3. Under Price list, click the first List icon. The Select price list dialog box will appear.
  4. Select a price list, then click the View button. The Price list information dialog box will appear.
  5. View the Price list name, version, description, date created or modified, and additional notes.

View a price list after opening a project:

  1. Open an estimate.
  2. On the Claim info tab, select Parameters.
  3. Under Pricing, click the Price list arrow, then Smartlist. The Select price list dialog box will appear.
  4. Select a price list, then click the View button. The Price list information dialog box will appear.
  5. View the Price list name, version, description, date created or modified, and additional notes.
